Review (in German):

Ophelia jumps out of the box and empowers herself

"The great, playful Nina Bruns knows how to breathe credible life into this complexity. “I'm pregnant,” she calls out over and over again, jumping out of her box - only to return there again, disappointed or snubbed by the reaction of her lover (Maximilian Diehle) or his mother Gertrud (Hilke Altefrohne). In the dance around Ophelia's versatility as a woman, as a lover, as an intellectual, she gets entangled with Hamlet again and again. In its best moments there is something refreshingly anarchic about it, but in its weaker moments it unfortunately remains incomprehensible without more detailed knowledge of the original text."
